Project Management Fundamentals

 This course is designed to provide the project management novice with the theory, knowledge,
 and tools required to better understand the processes, knowledge areas, stakeholder
 requirements, resources, and constraints associated with project management.

 Students learn about project management within the context of the five process groups of
 project management: initiating, planning, executing, and closing.
