  • Aboriginal Ancestry
  • Must be a Canadian citizen
  • Must be a permanent resident of Manitoba, having resided in Manitoba for the last 12 months.
  • Presently enrolled or planning to enroll in a Manitoba public post-secondary institution in any discipline
  • Enrolled as a full-time student
  • Demonstrate financial need
