Eligibility Requirements:

• Registered as blind or visually impaired and provide proof from a licensed ophthalmologist
• Must be a Canadian citizen
• Should be a resident of Manitoba for at least three years prior to applying for the scholarship
• Be pursuing education or training at either the secondary, post-secondary, or post-graduate level or be in a job-training program

Selection Criteria:

• Biographical personal statement
• Letters of character reference
