Eligibility Requirements:

  • Meet the college and/or university entry requirements
  • In or from the care of the Canadian Child Welfare System
  • A Canadian citizen or a landed immigrant
  • Under the age of 30 before the date of the application deadline

  • Aspirations, educational and other (where you want to get)
  • Plans (how you intend to get there)
