Topics which are specific to a healthcare setting include personnel and patient management techniques, concepts of teamwork, hiring and retaining healthcare employees, and management styles. Students also are trained to understand that the doctor is responsible for the health of the patients, but the Clinic Manager is responsible for the health of the business.
